Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Your vehicle waits at a pre-arranged meeting point. We send the meeting details with your confirmation, and after landing we tell you which vehicle will pick you up. If you prefer, add the name-sign welcome (€5) and your driver will meet you inside arrivals.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book. Free waiting at the airport is 90 minutes from the time your flight lands, so a delay does not cost you extra waiting time.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The price shown in the booking form is for the whole vehicle, for the passenger and luggage numbers you enter.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Later cancellations may be charged.
Why do you need the name of every passenger?
Full names (first and last name, as in the passport) of everyone travelling are required for passenger insurance. The booking form asks for them in the journey details step and cannot be sent without them.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, €5 per seat. Choose the number of child seats in the journey details step of the booking form.
How do I get my booking confirmed?
You receive a reservation code as soon as you send the form, and a confirmation email with your booking details. Our team then confirms the vehicle by email and WhatsApp.
